Position Summary
As a Bison Lodge staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an extraordinary stay. You will provide personalized service, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether it is assisting with guests’ requests, maintaining the lodge’s immaculate appearance, or delivering exceptional dining experiences, your dedication to excellence will elevate our guest’s enjoyment and create memories that last a lifetime.
Full-time seasonal position from December 15th – April 6th
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary service to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
- Assist with food and drink service, collaborate with the Chef to deliver exceptional service, and knowledge of the daily menu and any guest’s special dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table set up, resetting, and general tidiness.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless coordination and smooth operations throughout the lodge.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting lodge environment by conducting regular cleaning, organizing, and restocking duties.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guests’ rooms and common areas.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow staff members and working together to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Valid working visa for Canada
- Driving license
- Great interpersonal skills- the ability to build relationships with clients and well as maintain good working relationships with employees.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
