Executive Chef Mitja Ziegler

Mitja Ziegler brings global expertise and refined creativity to every meal at Bison Lodge. Trained in Germany and seasoned by international experience, he’s spent over a decade serving elite guests at BC’s top fishing and heli-ski lodges. Mitja crafts personalized menus that blend international flair with local ingredients and regional traditions, elevating chalet dining to a true gourmet experience. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him snowboarding or sledding in the mountains he calls home.
